Pawan Kalyan was born on 2 September 1971. He is an Indian film actor, martial artist, director, screenwriter, stunt coordinator, choreographer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He is the younger brother of actor turned politician Chiranjeevi. Pawan Kalyan made his acting debut in 1996 Telugu film Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi.

16 Years Of 'Tholi Prema'!
Tholi Prema is a Telugu romantic comedy film directed by Karunakaran and produced by G.V.G Raju. This film was released on 24th July 1998. It stars Pawan Kalyan and Keerthi Reddy in lead.
The film won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu to producer G.V.G Raju. The film won the Nandi Award for Best Feature Film. The film had run for more than 100 days in 21 centres; it ran for more than 200 days in 2 centres. It was winner of six Nandi Awards and National Award Best Feature Film (Telugu) and ran for more than 365 days.
Pawan Kalyan cut down his Remuneration for the Taj Mahal set in “Gagananiki Udayam Okate”. The film was later remade in Hindi as Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai starring Tusshar Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. It was dubbed in Tamil as Aanandha Mazhai.

15 Years Of 'Thammudu'!
‘Thammudu' is one of the most entertaining and powerful movie of Power Star Pawan Kalyan. The film has completed 15 years by today (July 15, 2014). The film was written and directed by P.A. Arun Prasad and the music was composed by Ramana Gogula. Preeti Jhangiani played lead actress and Aditi Govitrikar has played a special role in this film. Achyuth, Chandra Mohan, Mallikarjuna Rao were seen in important roles.
